I love this cute fabric. Perfect for your little girl when she helps you bake those cupcakes that you volunteered to make. The pattern says it's size 3- 6yrs but I'm thinking it's more like 4-7yrs. But my kids are small anyways and it's big on them and they are 3 and 5. Not to mention they are boys and would never be caught dead in this feminine print.
The apron has Velcro fasteners at the neck and the waist that you can adjust to fit your young lady. And it is lined with a complimentary striped pattern on the other side. The length is 19" and the width is 14" at it's widest.

I love the home-cooked pasta stir-fry dish with summer veggies that my hubby cooks. It's a recipe he "invented". I love it!

ReplyDeleteMy favorite summertime meal is a chilled pasta salad I make with pesto, fresh basil, tomatoes, and mozzerella. It's so easy to change it a little by adding a new ingredient or spice.

ReplyDeleteHmmmm, that's a tough one. But I really like sliced cucumbers and cream cheese on my favorite bread for a quick sandwich for lunch! Might want to put a bit of salt and pepper on that too! When I first saw a friend making this, I thought she was nuts. Then I tried it and LOVED it!

ReplyDeleteMy absolute favorite summer time (or anytime, really!) meal is BBQ'd Teriyaki sirloin steak (from M&M Meatshops), creamy dill potatoes and corn on the cob. I'm drooling already.

I love taking squash from my garden, sauteeing it in lemon & butter, and mixing in some cooked angel hair pasta & parmesan cheese. It's light, yummy, and refreshing.
ReplyDeleteMy fav summertime meal is chicken salad--chicken, diced apples, dried cranberries. A spoonful of mayo and a dash of celery salt. Delish served with Townhouse crackers!

ReplyDeleteMy favorite summer dish is to take fresh pairs, peaches, apples and plums. Slice them in half dip them in sugar and place face down on a firey grill. It makes the sugar caramelize and soften just the slightest bit the fruit. Fabulous!

My favorite summertime meal is one I can't actually eat any more. I love a bacon, lettuce, avocado, and tomato wrap with ranch dressing, but I ate so many of them I've developed a disturbing allergy to avocados. :-(
